Mr. Blagg joined the leadership team at Aji Bio Pharma Services in 2023 as the Executive Vice President of Operations with 34 years of experience providing cross functional operations leadership in regulated industries including 23 years in the bio-pharmaceutical field. He joined with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving operational excellence. His pharmaceutical expertise spans Drug Product, Drug Substance, Commercial Label/packaging, IT, Supply Chain and Facilities Engineering. His goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services San Diego affiliate. As President & COO of Aji Bio-Pharma US, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CDMO business at the San Diego site.
