Why did you choose to work at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services?
After graduating from University, it was an honor to become a part of Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services. The company comes highly recommended in the academic world and is known for being a professional, well-structured multinational organization with a tremendous chemistry portfolio and a wide mix of products that add value to society. For these reasons, it felt like a perfect match!
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Creating a solid team that can deliver high added value products to the world through efficiency and innovation.
What have you gained from working here?
Since starting at Aji Bio-Pharma, I found that there are so many opportunities for personal career development. Through training in and outside the company, I was able to increase my technical and management skills and extend my network.
What is your favorite part about working at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services?
Our industry branch is growing fast within the Ajinomoto Group. This growth also means a bigger responsibility as more and more people rely on our products. Fueling this evolution through innovation is my favorite part.
How do you help impact Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services mission and vision?
My job is to create an environment where innovation can flourish and where sustainable processes are developed by focusing on green chemistry.
What challenges do you see impacting our industry?
Being able to cope with all sorts of chemistry is becoming more and more a standard package within our industry. We differentiate ourselves less and less in the ability to perform explosive reactions, handling high potent compounds, etc. Therefore our provided services will become an important factor in future business. Higher degrees of entanglement with our customers through digitization, open communication and innovation will be necessary to tip the scale in our favor.
