My Story at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services
What has been your career path?
I joined the company as the Head of Quality (Quality Assurance & Quality Control departments) and have created a strong Quality Culture to support the company’s business needs by bringing prompt attention, strong regulatory support and a compliance focus, which has supported the development of my career to a global role.
What is the most inspiring part of your job?
The quality of products which we release for saving and improving the health of people by making medicines without compromise and to the satisfaction of our global customers. These opportunities inspire me to continue to work to create strong relations with the stakeholders.

What is your favorite part about working at Aji Bio-Pharma Services?
My favorite part is the opportunity to work alongside my colleagues across the globe. They are always super motivated and inspire me daily! My managers also give me the autonomy that allows me to innovate myself.
What challenges do you see impacting our industry?
Ensuring the right infrastructure and quality systems so that our organization remains agile to handle cybersecurity, data management i.e., from a safety and compliance perspective. With global quality standards changing year on year, it is critical for the Quality team to meet challenges to sustain in the market.
