My Story at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services
Why did you choose to work at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services?
Since I was a child, I had wanted to be involved in developing and manufacturing medicines that could help people. At Aji Bio-Pharma, through my work with oligonucleotide production, I have been able to carry out the corporate mission to improve the health of humankind.
What is special about the culture at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services?
The importance of teamwork. Thanks to my team members, I have been able to overcome situations that I couldn't have accomplished by myself. In addition, we embrace collaboration between the departments to help improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
What is your favorite part about working at Aji Bio-Pharma Services?
Various oligonucleotides have great potential to contribute to the health and happiness of people around the world, and I believe this can increase people's smiles. I’m proud to be a part of this effort.
How do you help impact Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services mission and vision?
We will continue working on sharing information and improving technologies in order to promptly deliver high-quality products. I believe that our mission and vision will lead to increased customer satisfaction.
What challenges do you see impacting our industry?
It is necessary to address socially important issues, such as intractable diseases and unmet medical needs. In order to do so, I believe it is important to improve production and analytical capabilities to share all kinds of data on various oligonucleotides species and to develop human resources.
