The United States facilities are located in San Diego, California and provide clinical and commercial product development services for large molecules. The San Diego site offers cGMP drug product filling in vials, syringes and cartridges, and production of microbial-derived recombinant proteins and plasmid DNA.

In conjunction with these manufacturing operations, the San Diego site offers comprehensive development services including: upstream and downstream process development, analytical development, complex formulation, product release, and ICH-compliant stability testing. They offer innovative and proven recombinant protein expression technology called Corynex® technology.

All three sites located about 15 miles north of downtown San Diego. The sites are located within about 3 miles of each other. The main campus is Roselle with 5 buildings, warehousing is located at Building 6 and the Lusk facility is at Building 7.
